Shipping policy

If preorder item is ordered along with a non preorder item, both pieces will ship out within the preorder dates. If you need the non preorder piece sooner please contact me and I will arrange for an extra payment for the double shipping costs.

All items that are NOT listed as preorders will ship within 5-12 days of purchase. After the item is shipped it may take 3-7 days to arrive for domestic buyers (US), and 1-4 weeks for international buyers to receive their purchase. 

Items that ARE listed as preorders will have varying ship out times. Information about ship out times will be available on each items personal listing. We cannot ship out preorders early based on special request from customer. 

Shipping return payments will not be covered for international customers. All customers outside of the US are 100% responsible for any return shipping costs that may incur as well as customs fees.

If customer does not pick up package from Customs within a timely manner and the package gets returned to sender, then customer is 100% responsible for the cost to have it shipped back to them again. 

All international customers are responsible for customs fees/additional shipping fees that may occur. Order payment will NOT be refunded if customer chooses not to pay any international fees that may have occurred. Please consider this when purchasing outside of the US.
